Freedom River Investments is proud to begin our first home build in Little Kansas, Oklahoma and The 2nd Cottage in FT. Smith, Arkansas — a single, affordable starter home created with purpose and heart. This project marks the start of our mission to help more families step into homeownership through practical, attainable builds that combine smart design, efficiency, and lasting value. Every great movement starts with a single step — and for us, this home is the first foundation laid toward that vision. We have dubbed it the “CornerStone Cottage.”

Oak & Anchor has officially secured the first two of twenty-four planned lots in Colcord, Oklahoma, marking a major milestone in our mission to build strong, affordable homes with lasting impact.
